Hello, and welcome to the City Halls' London Walks web site.

Ted and Barbara Hall will be your guides for the walks.

We are both accredited City of London Guides, Ted qualifying in 2006 and Barbara in 2008, we were both awarded the Freedom of The City of London in 2006.

Ted is uniquely qualified to welcome visitors to the sights of London, through his 25 year career as Beadle to The Worshipful Company of Skinners, a Great Twelve Livery Company, from which he has recently retired.  He is currently Beadle to the Fan Makers, Tobacco Pipe Makers and Tobacco Blenders of The City of London.

Barbara honed her love of history through her time working at Hever Castle, before moving with Ted to The City of London to live 'over the job' at Skinners' Hall in Dowgate Hill.

Barbara can also take you on a tour of the magnificent Guildhall which is the oldest secular building in the City of London.  However, arrangements will need to be made as the Guildhall is a very busy place.
